To minimise the risk of the virus spreading to our staff and among our communities, we ask that you please only communicate with us via phone on 1800 693 246 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, rather than coming into our office, unless it is absolutely essential. Please be assured that our staff will still be working hard to answer your questions remotely, and there is no need to visit us in person.
Please be mindful that we may experience connectivity issues over the next few weeks that are out of our control, as there is currently excessive demand on internet and phone channels (due to a large number of people in NSW using their personal internet connections working from home). We appreciate your patience and apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
