COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Update

While the global outbreak of Covid-19 has created serious challenges and lifestyle changes for our whole community, we want to assure you that we are committed to supporting our residents during this challenging time.

To minimise the risk of the virus spreading to our staff and among our communities, we ask that you please only communicate with us via phone on 1800 693 246 or by emailing, rather than coming into our office, unless it is absolutely essential. Please be assured that our staff will still be working hard to answer your questions remotely, and there is no need to visit us in person.

Please be mindful that we may experience connectivity issues over the next few weeks that are out of our control, as there is currently excessive demand on internet and phone channels (due to a large number of people in NSW using their personal internet connections working from home).  We appreciate your patience and apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you, or someone in your home has been diagnosed with COVID-19 you should seek guidance from the NSW Public Health Unit and advise EchoRealty immediately.

We have also included some information below about the current measures the government has in place to stop the spread of Covid-19, and how they may affect you.
