This Wednesday, 28th October, Evolve Housing and EchoRealty will be undergoing system upgrades. Because of this, the Evolve Housing and EchoRealty Offices located in Parramatta will be closed from 3:30pm. Similar upgrades will be happening at our Penrith office on Tuesday 27th October and it will likewise be closed from 3:30pm that day.
Regular trading hours will resume on Thursday the 29th October, however due to this system upgrade, Evolve Housing employees and our Call Centre team will have ‘view-only access’ to key tenant and property information on Thursday 29th to Monday 2 November.
Evolve Housing is committed to providing information and assistance to residents in an accessible, clear and timely manner, and these internal upgrades will only improve our service delivery, and ultimately enhance your user experience with our business.
What does this mean for you?
While our staff will be available to answer your phone calls, they will have limited access to tenancy and property information and therefore will not be able to respond to queries until our system has undergone this upgrade.
We appreciate your patience during this time and encourage our residents, where possible, to schedule any required visits to our offices outside of these dates.
