During this time, the office will be closed, and online forms and emails will not be monitored.

If you have any minor repairs during this period, please send a detailed email with images and your contact details to info@echorealty.com.au or through your tenant portal, and it will be actioned on our return.

Charlie is an accomplished, passionate housing professional who has worked at Evolve Housing for over 15 years. 

His unwavering dedication and experience in affordable housing and property management as Senior Manager of EchoRealty has been invaluable in driving EchoRealty to become the largest affordable housing provider in NSW, while also having recently expanded into the ACT and Victoria.

About Charlie Souma:  

Charlie Souma is an accomplished, passionate housing professional who has worked in the community housing sector for an impressive 15 years.  

With his outstanding leadership and work ethic, Charlie helped increase the supply of social and affordable housing in high-need areas.  

Joining Evolve Housing in 2009, Charlie worked in social housing for five years before being promoted to Senior Manager (the youngest in the organisation) of the affordable and private market portfolio in 2014.   

He then took on extra responsibility in 2017 with the launch of EchoRealty, the first not-for-profit real estate agency in NSW, which he continues to manage with its successful expansion into Victoria and the ACT.
